HOMEMADE KANSAS CITY STYLE BBQ SAUCE

That is not it if there is no barbecue sauce when grilling. It just makes that perfectly delicious flavour to the meat. There are many options for barbecue sauces which you can buy in the markets, but why not prepare your own with some tomato sauce, vinegar, honey, molasses and spices? I am sure you are going to love this recipe for homemade Kansas City BBQ Sauce.

This sauce is so easy to make and the result is a thick, super balanced sweet and spicy flavour. Just combine the ingredients and simmer for less than 30 minutes.
One great thing with homemade sauces is that you control the flavour and what goes in. That way it is just impossible to get something you don’t like. Today a lot of BBQ sauces, ketchups and similar things have a lot of high fructose corn syrup, which is declared as not so good for our health. Making your own sauce at home gives you the option to make also a healthy version, with no difference in taste. If you like it less sweet, just use less honey. Or for less spicy version, leave the cayenne out.

I guarantee that every meat will be way more delicious with this sauce.
